Councilmember Chen inquired if any WABA and PSBA business owners objected to the increase in the assessment. The Public Works Administrative Services Manager responded reception has been positive so far; stated those increasing revenues will reinstate services that have disappeared because assessments stayed flat. Councilmembers Daysog recused himself because his home is near zones two and three. Councilmember Chen recused himself because his wife has a business near a zone. Councilmember Tam moved adoption of the resolution.
