Public Hearing to consider Design Review, Use Permit, and Parking Reduction to allow the construction of an approximately 2,723- square-foot three-story addition to an existing 1,750-square-foot one-story commercial building at 1820 Park Street. The mixed use building will be approximately 34-feet tall and include office use on the ground floor with office and one residential unit above. The site is within the North Park Street - Gateway District.
