Item continued to a future meeting. 9-C 2001 Versailles Avenue - Tentative Subdivision Map Application PLN11- 0223 Applicant: Clifford Mapes. A proposed Tentative Map application to develop an 11 lot subdivision on a 1.29-acre property located at 2001 Versailles Avenue at the corner of Fernside Boulevard and Versailles Avenue. Andrew Thomas, Planning Services Manager gave brief presentation President Zuppan asked staff to clarify if the toxic certification will be done for the entire property or parcel by parcel as implied by the resolution.
