Review and Comment on the Proposed Civic Center Parking Garage and Oak Street Streetscape Designs Staff Ott of the Development Services Department reviewed the proposed parking garage project. She stated that the proposed garage would be located on Oak Street between Santa Clara Avenue and Central Avenue. The current design includes six levels and 352 spaces.
