CASE 1063 - 1825 Poggi St., Apt. A311 Tenants: Yosief Philipos Landlords: Andy King Proposed rent increase: $119.00 (10.0%), effective September 1, 2018 Mr. King said that Vue Alameda was purchased by new ownership in October 2017. He said the new ownership intended to address the deferred maintenance concerns of the residents to make the property safer, as well as provide new amenities. He said the new owners have spent $3 million on improvements and expect the improvements to be completed by 2019. He explained that the owners are requesting a rent increase above 5% to compensate for the additional services that are being provided to residents and to help cover some of the renovation expenses.
