Vice Chair Brown asked when the City would receive the $7.2 million. Director Lillard stated that he believed that the City would receive the funds when the property changes hands. The staff report from the Planning Department is online for the public to review. Vice Chair Brown clarified that it would be a 30-year agreement with Kemper. Director Lillard stated yes. It will take Kemper 30 years to amortize that type of investment. Commissioner Delaney stated that nobody would take on this type of situation for under 25 years. 10. ITEMS FOR NEXT AGENDA 11.
