RecreationandParkCommission | 2011-10-13 | 6 | Commissioner Delaney asked if ARPD will have recourse in the future if the maintenance and repair is not up to par. Director Lillard stated that ARPD can put any conditions that we would like to require in the approval letter. Chair Restagno asked if there was anyone at the meeting from SJND to address the request. Director Lillard stated no. Commissioner Sonneman clarified that the scoreboard would be solar. Director Lillard stated yes. Also, we will not provide electricity so solar is the best option. Providing electricity is cost prohibitive.
