Lesa Ross pointed out that it was really hard to find the Zoom link. Jay Garfinkle discussed that the design for the respite center needed to support the function of the building. He did not believe that any board member knew what was planned for the facility. He thought that the Planning Staff was very politically influenced and had been trying to push this through. President Teague reminded him and everyone not to say disparaging comments about the Planning Staff. They do a very difficult job and they should be appreciated. John Healy was dismayed that he had been cut off. He thought that the law was not being applied correctly and he was concerned about the homeless. He discussed the many changes in this project. He also believed he should be able to speak freely on his opinions about the staff. 13.
