REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS 7-A 2019-7228 PLN19-0330 - 1205 Park Street - Use Permit for Use of an Outdoor Patio - Applicant: Mike Yakura. Consideration of a Use Permit to allow outdoor restaurant seating in an existing 480 square foot patio with a maximum capacity of 15 seats. The proposed hours of outdoor seating will be 11:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M., seven days a week. The project is located within the C-C-T (Community Commercial, Theater Combining) Zoning District. The project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 - Existing Facilities David Sablan, Planner II, gave a presentation.
