PLN12-0255- 1710 Jay Street Design Review- Design Review and Variance Applications to Legalize an Approximately 200 sq. ft. Second Story Addition that Exceeds the Maximum Building Coverage of 50% in an R-4, Neighborhood Residential District. Staff is requesting a continuance to a future meeting. Item will be re-noticed. Board member Knox White motioned to approve the continuance. Board member Köster seconded the motion. Motion carried, 7-0 8.
