"Air Quality: construction-related dust has a potentially significant quality impact. The BAAMQD CEQA Guidelines consider potentially significant construction-related dust impacts to be adequately mitigated with the implementation of recommended control measures. "Geology and Soils: construction-related erosion has a potentially significant impact on water quality the applicant is to submit an erosion and sediment control plan to the City prior to the issuance of the Building Permits and the implementation of best management practices during the construction phase.
