PlanningBoard | 2005-06-13 | 13 | Mr. Lynch believed the Planning fees were reasonable, and noted that the items on this agenda reflected an evolving community, in an evolving world. He noted the mixed uses had a long tradition in this country, particularly before the end of World War II. He noted that the City would be facing the question of merging uses constantly. He commended the applicant in beginning to merge commercial uses in a residential community. M/S Kohlstrand/McNamara to adopt Planning Board Resolution No. PB-05-22 to grant a Use Permit allowing the operation of a Boutique Theater located in a C-1 Zoning District. The following modifications would be included: 1. Condition 8 - Parking requirements would be minimized by allowing the theater to provide a minimum of 15 minutes between movie screenings before 6:00 p.m., and 20 minutes after 6:00 p.m.; 2. A compliance report would be required to be submitted to Planning staff one year after the approval of this resolution. If needed, staff would bring it before the Planning Board; and 3.
