REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS (22-379) Recommendation to Authorize City Attorney to Effectuate the Transition for the Administration of the Rent Program from the Alameda Housing Authority, who Currently Acts as the City's Contract Program Administrator, Back In-house to the City of Alameda's City Attorney's Office; and (22-379A) Resolution No. 15915, "Amending the Salary Schedule for: the Alameda City Employees Association (ACEA) to Reinstate the Classification of Housing Specialist Il and Approving Workforce Changes in the City Attorney's Office to Add Six New Positions: Three Housing Specialists, One Administrative Management Analyst, One Administrative Technician Il Position, and One Director of Rent Program; and Authorize the City Attorney to Fill the Six New Positions Consistent with All Applicable Laws and Regulations." Adopted. The City Attorney gave a brief presentation.
