Stated preserve the historic look and feel of Webster Street is important; increasing the units in the area will dramatically change the neighborhood look and feel; discussed an alternate WABA proposal; urged a more refined proposal be submitted: Lori Bilella, Alameda. Stated AAPS recommends the City remove the proposed blanket upzoning of R-2 through R-6 from the draft HE; the proposed upzoning is unnecessary and overkill; the draft HE includes a 20% buffer; discussed ADUs; stated targeted upzoning can happen in the future: Birgitt Evans, AAPS.
