Councilmember Knox White seconded the motion, which carried by the following roll call vote: Councilmembers Daysog: Aye; Herrera Spencer: No; Knox White: Aye; and Mayor Ezzy Ashcraft: Aye. Ayes: 3. Noes: 1. [Absent: Vice Mayor Vella - 1]. [Items so enacted or adopted are indicated by an asterisk preceding the paragraph number.] (*21-776) Recommendation to Approve Eric Levitt, City Manager; Lisa Maxwell, Community Development Director; and Louis Liss, Base Reuse Manager, as Designated Negotiators with the Navy at Alameda Point. Accepted.
