Councilmember Knox White moved approval of remainder of the Consent Calendar. Councilmember Herrera Spencer seconded the motion, which carried by the following roll call vote: Councilmembers Daysog: Aye; Herrera Spencer: Ayes; Knox White: Aye; Vella: Aye; and Mayor Ezzy Ashcraft: Aye. Councilmember Knox White stated Ms. Montgomery could not attend the meeting due to a last minute issue; Ms. Montgomery has shown herself to be interested in the business of the City and ensuring people are informed, involved, and engaged. Councilmember Herrera Spencer moved approval of the staff recommendation.
