Approved. (*21-615) Ratified bills in the amount of $7,186,584.01. (*21-616) Ordinance No. 3307, "Amending Alameda Municipal Code Chapter XXIV Public Health to Add Section 24-13 Prohibition on Gasoline-Powerec Leaf Blowers." Finally passed. CONTINUED AGENDA ITEMS (21-617) Recommendation to Review, Comment and Provide Direction on Preliminary Needs Assessment and Recommendations for Development of Smart City Master Plan. The Information Technology Director and David Huynh and Monique Fuhrman, Iteris, gave a PowerPoint presentation. *** (21-618) Councilmember Knox White moved approval of allowing an additional five minutes for the presentation.
