(*21-452) Recommendation to Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Two-Year Agreement, Substantially in the Form of the Attached Agreement, with the Option of Three One-Year Extensions for a Total Five-Year Compensation Amount Not to Exceed $420,000 and No More than $90,000 in a Single Fiscal Year with HouseKeys to Provide Inclusionary Housing Program Management and Compliance Services to the City of Alameda.
