(21-036) Debra Lewis Mendoza, Alameda, expressed concern about a lack of leadership; noted that she receives alerts when the tunnels are closed, but does not receive an alert about an armed person in her neighborhood; stated that she is waiting for leadership from Council and City staff. CONSENT CALENDAR The following items were removed from the Consent Calendar for discussion: minutes [paragraph no. 21-037]; Police security camera system [paragraph no. 21-039]; Tentative Map Tract 8534 resolution [paragraph no. 21-045]; lease amendment final passage [paragraph no. 21-048]; and zoning amendment final passage [paragraph no. 21-049]. Councilmember Knox White moved approval of the remainder of the Consent Calendar.
