Mayor Ezzy Ashcraft inquired whether the requirement includes income qualifying AUSD employees, to which the Community Development Program Manager responded in the affirmative. Councilmember/Commissioner Daysog moved approval of the staff recommendation [including adoption of the resolution]. Vice Mayor/Commissioner Vella seconded the motion, which carried by the following roll call vote: Councilmembers/Commissioners Daysog: Aye; Knox White: Aye; Spencer: Aye; Vella: Aye; and Mayor/Chair Ezzy Ashcraft: Aye. Ayes: 5.
