Mayor Ezzy Ashcraft outlined the financial impact portion of the staff report; stated the end of the pandemic is unknown; it is important to ensure logical and sensible orders for public health are being followed; Alameda has had very few businesses cited for violations. Councilmember Daysog stated that he does not see himself supporting the agreement until an overreach policy is in place.
