(*20-523) Resolution No. 15679, "Approving a Budget Amendment to Reappropriate Vehicle Purchase Funds from Fiscal Year 2019-20 to Fiscal Year 2020-21.' Adopted. (*20-524) Resolution No. 15680, "Approving the Engineer's Report, Confirming Diagram and Assessment, and Ordering the Levy of Assessments For Maintenance Assessment District 01-1 (Marina Cove).' Adopted. REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS (20-525) Public Hearing to Consider the Collecting of the Water Quality and Flood Protection Fees on the Property Tax Bills; and (20-525A) Resolution No. 15681, "Finding [No] Majority Protest, Directing the Collection of Fees on the Property Tax Bills for Fiscal Year 2020-21 at the Rates Approved by Property Owners." Vice Mayor Knox White moved approval of staff recommendation, including adoption of the resolution.
