Councilmember Vella moved approval of continuing the City Attorney's evaluation to the July 14th Special Meeting Closed Session. Vice Mayor Knox White seconded the motion, requested a friendly amendment to agendize the matter at the beginning of the meeting. The City Attorney stated the matter must have a time-specific; staff recommends a start time of 5:59 p.m. Councilmember Vella and Vice Mayor Knox White accepted the start time and the motion was amended accordingly.
