Councilmember Oddie moved approval of continuing the discussion on whether or not to accept staff's recommendation to not provide additional funding for the grant program until after the budget meeting. Vice Mayor Knox White seconded the motion with the following amendment: to continue the item to the May 20th budget meeting. The City Clerk stated a time-specific is needed. Vice Mayor Knox White stated 7:00 p.m. Councilmember Oddie accepted the amendment to the motion.
