Vice Mayor Knox White stated there is only one month of missing payment due under the 30-day provision; if a payment is missed, there will be 60-days to cure. Councilmember Daysog expressed support for a payback period similar to San Francisco. Mayor Ezzy Ashcraft expressed support. The City Clerk announced a public comment has been received.
