In response to Councilmember Oddie's inquiry, the Recreation and Parks Director stated the fees approved tonight are for 2020, but will also be used as guidance for the following year. Councilmember Oddie expressed support for raising fees; stated the minimum wage increase is not causing the fee increase. The City Attorney stated the item lists the fee increases for 2020 only; future fees would be given as direction only. Councilmember Oddie moved adoption of the resolution, with the adjustments for 2020 provided by the Recreation and Parks Director for gym fees and direction for the future.
