Jennifer Bell, Housing Authority General Counsel, Goldfarb Lipmann, stated private attorneys represent tenants on a writ of mandate action after the informal hearing; outlined different legal entities providing services; stated the Housing Authority is represented by Housing Authority staff. Vice Mayor Knox White inquired whether there is someone at the front desk of the Housing Authority offices. The Housing Authority Executive Director responded in the affirmative; stated is desk coverage from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm; appointments are generally needed for non-urgent items.
