Vice Mayor Knox White stated the motion captures what the Council wants; community feedback will be gathered; Council has clarified what information it wants when it comes back; the thresholds and costs of different types of elections would also come back; Council might decide to request more statistically significant surveying when it comes back for Council to decide the type of election. Mayor Ezzy Ashcraft inquired whether the Public Works Director has sufficient information, to which the Public Works Director responded in the affirmative; inquired whether the fee study would move forward along with other things happening in addition to the study. Vice Mayor Knox White and Mayor Ezzy Ashcraft responded in the affirmative. Councilmember Oddie stated a decision should be made with all of the relevant information. On the call for the question, the motion carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.
