Councilmember Oddie stated it is reasonable for the concessionaire to request an extension; inquired the reasoning behind Vice Mayor Knox White's stance on approval of the 45 day extension. Mayor Ezzy Ashcraft responded Council would be adhering to the Sunshine Ordinance; stated the extension being requested has no material impact. Vice Mayor Knox White stated based on the way the item has been noticed, anyone inclined to speak was given the opportunity; the item is a great example of how titled should be agendized. Councilmember Oddie moved adoption of the resolution with the additional 45 day provision outlined by the Interim Assistant City Manager. Councilmember Daysog seconded the motion. Under discussion, Councilmember Vella inquired whether the parties agreed to the 45 day provision, to which the Interim Assistant City Manager responded in the affirmative.
