Councilmember Vella seconded the motion. Under discussion, Vice Mayor Knox White stated that he does not want to encourage the project to offer TNC's. Councilmember Oddie stated that it would be helpful to have staff return with an update on the status of the shuttle. Councilmember Vella stated rideshare should have a designated safe drop-off space. On the call for the question, the motion carried by the following voice vote: Ayes: Councilmembers Knox White, Oddie, Vella and Mayor Ezzy Ashcraft - 4. Noes: Councilmember Daysog - 1. The City Clerk noted the item is be declared as continued to April 2, 2019.
