(*18-548) Resolution No. 15434, "Declaring a Shelter Crisis Pursuant to Senate Bill (SB) 850 Chapter 48, Statutes of 2018 and Government Code $8698.2 in Order to Apply for Homeless Emergency Aid Program Funding when it Becomes Available.' Adopted. (*18-549) Resolution No. 15435, "Consideration to Alter the Rate and Method of Apportionment of Special Taxes for Community Facilities District No. 17-1 (Alameda Point Public Services District) and Set a Public Hearing for October 16, 2018." Adopted. (18-550) Ordinance No. 3224, "Approving the Encinal Terminals Master Plan and Density Bonus Application (PLN16-0117) for the Redevelopment of the Encinal Terminals Properties Located at 1521 Buena Vista Avenue (APN 072-0382-001, -002, and 72-0383-03), including Tidelands."
