CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Spencer announced the civil engineering contracts [paragraph no. 17-686], structural engineering contracts [paragraph no. 17-687], BAR Architects agreement [paragraph no. 17-688], Alameda Point job creation [paragraph no. 17-689], , and the Community Media Center resolution [paragraph no. 17-692 were removed from the Consent Calendar for discussion; and the semi-annual litigation report [paragraph no. 17-691 was withdrawn from the agenda. Councilmembers Ezzy Ashcraft and Matarrese noted that they were voting against the cannabis ordinance [paragraph no. 17-693]. Councilmember Oddie moved approval of the remainder of the Consent Calendar. Councilmember Matarrese seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.
