The Alameda Municipal Power (AMP) Interim Engineering Manager gave a Power Point presentation. Councilmember Ezzy Ashcraft inquired whether the statement listed on the report that says 1% of commuters that are bike riders includes school children riding to and from school. The AMP Interim Engineering Manager responded he is not sure if children are included. Councilmember Ezzy Ashcraft stated the number is growing.
