(17-204) Janet Gibson, Alameda, stated there is something wrong with the way Council is treating the public; Council should be more supportive of the community; suggested changing the order of the oral communications section. COUNCIL REFERRALS (17-205) Consider Adopting a "Bird-Safe Buildings" Ordinance. Not heard. (Vice Mayor Vella and Councilmember Oddie) (17-206) Consider Directing Staff to Provide Standards for Bird-Safe Buildings for Council to Adopt. Not head. (Mayor Spencer) (17-207) Consider Directing Staff to Prepare a Report on the City of Alameda Acquiring/Taking Title to the Uncompleted Strip of Shoreline Park next to Harbor Bay Parkway. Not heard.
