Mayor Spencer stated that she will support the lease; the City needs to ensure people are aware that the lease can be terminated after one year. Councilmember Ezzy Ashcraft stated it is important to be consistent in the policies and not using buildings for large displays and uses that create minimal employment opportunities; she is willing to support the lease.
