Mayor/Chair Spencer convened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance. ROLL CALL - Present: Councilmembers/Commissioners Daysog, Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie and Mayor/Chair Spencer - 5. Absent: None. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS, NON-AGENDA None. CONSENT CALENDAR Councilmember/Commissioner Ezzy Ashcraft requested the audited financial statement [paragraph no. 16-171 CC/16-018 SACIC be removed from the Consent Calendar for discussion. Vice Mayor/Commissioner Matarrese moved approval of the remainder of the Consent Calendar. Councilmember/Commissioner Oddie seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous voice vote - 5. Approved. (16-172 CC/16-020 SACIC) Recommendation to Accept the Fiscal Year 2014-15 Audited Financial Statements and Compliance Reports. Councilmember/Commissioner Ezzy Ashcraft inquired if Council could receive updates once or twice a year on the City's Emergency Preparedness efforts, what the City has accomplished and how the public can get involved. The City Manager responded in the affirmative.
