Finally passed. Councilmember Daysog stated that he would continue to vote no on the matter. Councilmember Matarrese moved final passage of the ordinance. Councilmember Oddie seconded the motion. Under discussion, Mayor Spencer stated there were some changes made and additions have been supplemented. On the call for the question, the motion carried by the following voice vote: Ayes: Councilmembers Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie and Mayor Spencer - 4. Noes: Councilmember Daysog - 1. REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS (15-661) Resolution No. 15097, "Appointing Anto Aghapekian as a Member of the Commission on Disability Issues." Adopted; and (15-661A) Resolution No. 15098, "Appointing Jennifer Linton as a Member of the Commission on Disability Issues." Adopted. Vice Mayor Matarrese moved adoption of the resolutions. Councilmember Oddie seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous voice vote - 5. The City Clerk administered the Oath of Office and presented Mr. Aghapekian and Ms. Linton with certificates of appointment. (15-662) Economic Development Update.
