Adopted. The Acting City Planner gave a brief presentation and provided a handout. Councilmember deHaan inquired how parcels 9 and 10 would be accessed, to which the Acting City Planner responded Parcel 9, 10 and 11 are accessed through a central common driveway. Councilmember deHaan inquired whether the road comes back to Versailles and is a cul-de-sac, to which the Acting City Planner responded in the affirmative.
