CityCouncil | 2010-05-04 | 3 | Ms. Walucas responded the State would collect the fee and would be paid a small administration fee to write a check. In response to Councilmember Tam's inquiry, Ms. Walucas responded a fee would require a majority vote. Councilmember Tam stated the Council has had some experience with the Measure WW Park bond; having a clear understanding of the criteria is important at the outset; bus shelter funding and opportunities to partner with non-profit groups on different programs are not clear.
