(*09-331) Resolution 0.14376, "Authorizing the Interim City Manager to Submit an Application to the State Water Resources Control Board for Financial Assistance, Certify that the City Will Comply with All Applicable State and Federal Statutory and Regulatory Requirements, and to Negotiate and Execute All Necessary Documents to Implement the Installation of Mechanical Trash Racks at Storm Water Pump Stations.
