Kate Quick, League of Women Voters of Alameda, stated the League of Women Voters would be happy to participate in the formation of the ordinance. Councilmember Tam stated Berkeley is in the process of developing a Sunshine Ordinance; the Freedom of Information Act Coalition noted that there are eight cities in the area that have a Sunshine Ordinance.
