" Adopted. *** Mayor Johnson called a recess at 8:36 p.m. and reconvened the Regular Meeting at 9:12 p.m. CITY MANAGER COMMUNICATIONS (08-541) The City Manager and Deputy City Manager discussed federal stimulus funding. Mayor Johnson stated the U.S. Conference of Mayors is pushing for funding to go directly to cities; Trenton, New Jersey is applying for funding to help convert city buildings into green buildings. Councilmember Matarrese stated the report is good and comprehensive; requested that the report be posted to the website.
