Adopted. CITY MANAGER COMMUNICATIONS ( 08-515) The City Manager provided an update on the sale of the AP&T telecom system. Councilmember deHaan stated recording studio closures are not connected with the AP&T telecom sale. Mayor Johnson stated recording studio closures are the result of a change in federal law. The City Manager stated Comcast is closing down three of five studios and will no longer be in the production business for community groups.
