Councilmember Matarrese inquired whether the $108 million price tag on the former Base could be put on the list. The Assistant City Manager responded opportunities could include Alameda Landing. Councilmember deHaan stated Alameda Point remediation projects have been designed and have not been funded in the past; the projects would generate jobs.
