The Finance Director responded the majority of businesses coming to Harbor Bay Business Park do not generate sales tax; said businesses are research and development type firms; Harbor Bay Business Park has not been included as a specific geographic area. Vice Mayor Tam inquired whether hotel tax is a separate tax, to which the Finance Director responded in the affirmative.
