The Development Services Director responded that the amendment would allow Catellus to explore re-entitlement of the existing property. Commissioner Matarrese inquired whether there would be a public process that would allow people to comment, to which the Development Services Director responded in the affirmative. Commissioner Matarrese stated that he wanted people to be aware that the matter would be publicly noticed and that Catellus would be given a year to provide more information. Commissioner Matarrese moved adoption of the resolution. Commissioner Gilmore seconded the motion, which carried by the following voice vote: Ayes : Commissioners Daysog, Gilmore, Matarrese, and Chair Johnson - 4. Abstentions Commissioner deHaan - 1. AGENDA ITEMS None.
