she would like to modify the ordinance to require a notice be mailed to\nindividual homeowners 10 days prior to the vote by their board; allowing the\nhomeowners to express whether or not they support the ordinance is important; inquired about\nsecurity and who would be responsible for responding to inquiries.\nMr. Kay responded the HOA is only asking for proof of residency; the HOA wants to\navoid black market in parking stickers because of the intensity in which people look for\nparking spots in the area;
