the FAA is\ninstituting satellite based routes for all jets taking off and landing throughout all of the\nUnited States; in drawing the new routes, there have been many complaints.\n(16-037) Councilmember Oddie stated that he serves on the Stop Waste.org Board\nwhich has been working for almost a year on expansion of the plastic bag ban;
